Project Description
Since October 2008 the EI has delivered a Graduate Certificate of Management Practice programme designed in conjunction with SELECT (the Electrical Contractors' Association for Scotland).The programme consists of three modules delivered by way of 9 workshops over a period of about 10 months. The three modules fall under the following headings:Managing SelfManaging InteractionsManaging through othersThe programme is designed around the EI's Practice Based Learning approach to development, whereby taught content, learner support, participants' work practice and the assessments they work on are all integrated into a directly applicable development journey.
