Description COntributed research instrument and half of plan for b-side Multimedia Festival CIC Arts England Council Catalyst Small Grant Application for £27,750 (awarded)

Catalyst project et to extend the skills and capacity of staff, artists and community to allow an increase in revenues and assure financial resilience. Two areas for development - business partnership and community investment.

Applying a scenario buiding and strategic vision exercise over two days with two separate stakeholders (a. community - non commercial, b. community - commecial and suppliers), one agreed future scenario was agreed. This provide four forward visions for 1) developing a geotourism strategy; 2. a geotourism alliance; 3. youth training and skills development project; 4. a working with the older population. These were supported thereafter by regional and local authority funds.
