This chapter frames an operational management view by summarising core defintions of the following four elements: 1. values of nature and its resources as a product 2. leisure choice 3. image creation 4. narrative It then goes on to suggest the cognitive function of these elements in the management of nature-based leisure, sports and activity tourism.
