Dr Maggie Anderson
Biography | Maggie has been a lecturer at Edinburgh Napier University since 2001, developing and delivering a wide range of Entrepreneurship and Creativity modules, across under and post-graduate courses. She is the Programme Leader of BA Business and Enterprise and is also been involved in MBA and MSc programmes. She has developed a range of tailor-made courses for various commercial organisations, and is interested in how technology enhances learning. Maggie completed her MSc in Entrepreneurship and Economic Development in 2007 and also has a PGCE in Business Studies and Economics. She is also qualified to Diplorma level in Blended and Online Education. Her research has involved looking closely at the student experience of entrepreneurship, and has jointly published with other Scottish Institutions in this area. She is also interested in Social Enterprise, and previous to lecturing was involved in the Community Business Sector in Glasgow. She had volunteered with PSYBT, helping young people set up their own businesses and also supporting them when they are up and running. |
