Abstract
This short taster session will explore group career coaching as an approach to practice delivery. It will define what it involves, consider its benefits (such as peer learning and support) and how to overcome some of its limitations (such as lack of training or confidence in delivering) . It will also outline a model of group career coaching and offer a few practical tools and examples to help you consider how you could consider implementing it into your everyday practice.
