Career development groupwork has long been delivered alongside one-to-one interventions in a range of different settings. Unlike one-to-one interventions, little attention has been paid to developing groupwork models which both channel the skill set of career practitioners and guide and evolve groupwork practice. This article outlines two groupwork models which have the potential to be used to support practitioners in everyday practice and bring groupwork practice closer to the forefront of practice.
