Project Description
Design and prototyping of a digital concierge based on mobile technology for the enhancement of the experience of guests in a high-end hostel. The digital concierge will use a digital character and gamification to deliver practical information such as times of operation, health and safety warnings, fire evacuation procedures, etc.
