Project Description

The project seeks to undertake industrial research and commercial development bringing to market a new party wall building system that increases the use of Scottish produced offsite construction, significantly improves the whole-life performance of buildings, differentiates Scottish based companies, whilst delivering sustainable economic growth for Scotland. The potential to use home grown timber will be explored as this is the preferred supply provided that volumes, quality and competitiveness can sustained.
