Project Description

The aim of this research project is to investigate consumers’ perceptions of the ethics of tobacco marketing in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The study will provide an insight to the tobacco industry regulators in Indonesia about how customers and general public perceive the ethics of tobacco marketing practice. Thus, they can create appropriate regulations that meet the customers’ ethical standards. The study will be conducted by adopting mixed research methods, qualitative (interviews and focus groups) and quantitative (questionnaire).
