Project Description
• Conduct an ‘Audit’ of data items currently collected through electronic care planning in the 6 partner care homes to establish what data are routinely collected as part of resident care
• Create a usable data inventory from which data platform can develop further
• Cross-reference and harmonisation of data/develop content of a Minimum Data Set
• Collate care home views and experiences of current data availability, gaps and access issues, care home capabilities
