Project Description
Innovative energy resourcing options for a new build distillery.
The project aims to seek an optimal low-carbon design for a new-build distillery, with particular reference to local energy systems and environment in Orkney (local grid oversupplied with low carbon intermittent energy, presence of hydrogen locally).
