Shetland Craft Distillery energy analysis

Project Description

With the emerging growth of this new industry sector, this project will seek to research and compile information pertinent to craft distilling in relation to energy use. Its main aim is to identify sources of existing information and produce a report that will be made available to all members of the SCDA to be used as a guide for best practice.
