Biography | I am an Assistant Lecturer at the Geology Department, Faculty of Science, Beni- Suef University, Egypt. I graduated from Beni Suef University and got 1st place in the Geology department rank. Besides, I got a scholarship to take a master's degree in Engineering Geology at the University of Miskolc, Hungary. Currently, I am a PhD researcher at Napier Edinburgh University, United Kingdom after getting a scholarship to fund my study. |

Teaching and Learning | Between 2016 and 2019, I worked as Teaching assistant at the Geology department, Faculty of Sciences, Beni Suef University. I taught a practical courses such as Geological Mapping, Structural Geology, Sedimentary Petrology, Engineering Geology, and remote sensing. Some of the practical courses include a field trip to the Eastern part of Egypt In 2021, I worked as teaching assistant in the Faculty of Earth science and Engineering, University of Miskolc. From July 2021 till now, I worked as assistant lecturer at the Geology department, Faculty of Sciences, Beni Suef University. I shared university or college lecturers' academic workload, specifically the provision of lectures to students. I prepared and taught classes, and met with students privately regarding evaluation. I also combined their lecturing and other academic duties with conducting their own research in their field of study. I occupied an autonomous, full-time position, despite what the subservience element in the occupation title might suggest. Despite these, I taught some courses such as Soil Mechanics, Rock Mechanics, Mapping and Structural Geology. |
