Biography Catherine began as Lecturer in Human Resource Management at Edinburgh Napier University in December 2020 after completing her PhD at Glasgow Caledonian University. Cathy’s research focusses on identity and change management-more specifically the implications of multiple identity interaction during change. She has also completed a PgCert in Research methods.

Prior to joining higher education, she worked in management position with the British Red Cross.
Cathy teaches at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. She is the module leader for Organisational Change Management delivered with partners in Singapore and Hong Kong. She is also the module leader for the Employee Resourcing Global Online
