Description	Alexandera Smith, a postdoctoral researcher at Kings College London, has approached me with a view to my acting as mentor to her as part of a fellowship proposal she is making to NIHR. The fellowship involves analysis of the Nursing and Midwifery - Census England and Wales 2021 Flagship Dataset, a dataset to which I was instrumental in developing.
