Peer reviewer for AHRC Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) call
2017
Recognition Type Reviewing Description Dear Professor Currie,
AHRC have recently closed a call for research into interdisciplinary research examining ways to meet the threat of Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) in the indoor and built environment. We are seeking peer reviewers to review proposals that have been submitted to this call and in this case have had to go off the reviewer college to ensure all aspects of the proposal are covered.
I am contacting you to see if you are available to review a proposal submitted to the call. The current review due date for the review is 4th May.
You may find that the proposals may not fit 100% within of your area of expertise, but rather there are elements of the proposal that do. As explained above, many of the AMR proposals have gone cross council to ensure that all areas of the proposal are covered in reviews due to the interdisciplinary research approaches. As a result we would only expect you to review the areas which are within your expertise and we will find reviewers in the other areas.
Further information including the call document can be found on our website here: Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) in the Real World: The Indoor and Built environment.
If you could please let me know as soon as possible whether or not you would be able to help us with this call, then that would be greatly appreciated. I have activated in the review invite, so this should be visible in you Je-S account to check.
Please do let me know if you have any further questions in addition to the above.
Best Regards,
Anneka
