Abstract

This proposed study aims to explore the professional preparedness of aspiring project managers as they transition into formal project management positions. Grounded in Social Cognitive Career Theory, this research examines how aspiring project managers’ self-efficacy, outcome expectations, and career goals influence their career experiences in the project management field.
