Abstract
The aim of these observations conducted was to collect data which could allow the understanding of how people think and how they react to issues within the HSDU. Over the observation period there was a total of 40 diary pages collected and 8 unscheduled interviews conducted. The start date for the observations was July 10th, continuing to august 23 rd which allowed 30 Observation hours and 24 observations.
