Summary Dr Junaid Syed has been appointed Visiting Professor to the School of Computing, Engineering and the Built Environment. The grant is 3 years which is funded by the Royal Academy of Engineering from September 2022 till August 2025.
Junaid is the Senior Vice President of Engineering & Operations at Curvalux. Currently, he is implementing novel high-capacity fixed-wireless broadband technologies to real world. Prof. Syed has previously lead international R&D projects and holds
numerous patents, including 14 in USA, most are in global production.
