Project Description

Citizen Bank is looking to work with the University to explore the potential of using technology as a mechanism to aid in community participation. This collaboration seeks to explore the technical requirements mapping and initiate the design needs for the building of an online platform (and associated technical infrastructure) that facilitates a task and reward system.
The project would explores the design and functional requirements of technology in this scenario, from both an end user and administrator perspective, whilst also evaluating the correct methodologies for implementation. Through the process, the identification of barriers to participation of community and organisations will be imperative.
