Based on a review of their existing information systems and plans, we worked with What's On Scotland to evaluate their information strategy with a focus on social media and other technologies which would turn the process of contacting clients on its head and create demand through incoming calls and contact rather than outgoing calls.
The resulting business focuses development strategy identified a number of key areas for functionality innovation and improvement on the internet
presence, which will allow the company to move safely to a customer self-service model.
