This IIDI project, led by Alistair Lawson is a review of the Transcribe UK current system documentation, code base, workflow, and manual administration processes, followed by interviews of key staff and stakeholders, with a view to compiling a report with recommendations that Transcribe UK can use to drive the development of their software and services in terms of functionality, security, maintainability, and scalability to give them the basis for taking forward their business
