Project Description

Capitals Hockey has a solid but small fan base compared to their rivals in Fife. To better understand the reasons for this the company is exploring new ways to gather data about their followers and thus, insights into their fan base.
The aim of the project is to develop an interactive digital platform which will allow the company to gather data and communicate with their fans.
To engage with fans dynamically the following functionality will be delivered:
·         An innovative facility for fans to ‘Check-in’ to games, which will link to social media feeds
·         A reward function for a certain number of ‘Check-ins’
·         A clickable calendar of upcoming matches, linking to the ticket hotline or website
·         A bare bones of a digital platform from which to enhance the customer experience
