IIDI has been successful in obtaining funding for a new collaborative project with Tweetsport Ltd supported by Sporting Chance Initiative.  Tweetsport uses data from official player and pundit accounts on Twitter and feeds from the top news outlets to provide a 360 degree real-time sports news service that takes users right to the heart of the action.  The project, led by Alistair Lawson, will focus on the Development and evaluation of a generic API (Application Programming Interface) which allows data collection for Tweetsport and then access to, and distribution of, that data to external parties
