Project Description

DEMO_net began to bring eParticipation experts together to try to establish some research norms. However, the project did not turn out to be the most effective way to do this. The project officer was not keen to re-work the project and eventually it was terminated. The Pep-net project successfully established a similar network, before demo-net was closed, but has not managed to establish a body of eParticipation theory.
