Project Description

This project aims to extend the existing work with the e-Frail project, and integrate a range of NHS-sourced assessors with care giver and open source gathered assessors, in order to define a weighted risk-based score that outlines the risks around frailty. It will focus on an evidence-based approach using a Delphi process of experts agreeing to the most significant features in terms of frailty and using this to determine a scoring system.
