Project Description
The aim of this proposal is to prepare the groundwork for a sustainable pipeline for placement students wanting to work in tech Scale-ups and Start-ups in Scotland. Employers and students will be provided with information to make reasoned decisions.
This proposal is a response to the SDS Working Group established to explore the appetite for tech start-ups and scale-ups to recruit students on placement or internship. The SDS-commissioned SQW report Research on Internships for Tech Start-ups and Scale-ups identified substantial appetite within start-ups and scale-ups (SUPs) to access student talent as part of their growth strategies.
