Project Description

The aim of the project is to design a recruitment service for jobseekers and employers in the form of a software system, e.g., a web service or mobile app. The system is intended to re-define and speed up the recruitment process and lower the recruitment cost by matching jobseekers and employers to each other using artificial intelligence techniques. The system should provide a more user-friendly and modern way to establish efficient communication between jobseekers and employers compared to current systems on the market.

Appling UX methods in the design process, such as user centred design, will help to identify the most suitable approach of interaction between jobseekers and employers. A focus on gamification will help to find methods, and design features, to keep stakeholders engaged.

Currently, it is not clear for the company how to bring these different disciplines together in one system or application. The outcome of this project and the partnership will provide the foundation and initial design for a recruitment system with a distinct characteristic compared to other systems on the market which can in future be further developed into a MVP.
