The aim of this project is to conduct an enhanced scoping exercise to establish the feasibility and parameters of creating an AI powered system (such as a ‘chatbot’) to offer advice to creative freelancers on common contracting questions, such as pricing their work, setting a contract, and dealing with under/missed payment.
