The proposed university-industry collaboration on modelling of hydrogen storage in Rough gas field is an innovative research directive. This would provide evidence-based decision making for the future role of the Rough gas facility. As a UK leading industry in underground gas storage with over 40-year industrial operation of nature gas storage, the university-industrial collaboration will not only enhance CSL’s research profile in hydrogen storage, but also will provide significant benefit to the UK underground energy storage
