Project Description
This project will survey BAME OTS and investigate the factors that contribute to success and non success in promotion with NHS and equivalent work contexts. This staff group with in the NHS are little represented in leadership positions, No work to date has explored this with Occupational Therapy. The data collection will be e survey and focus groups with occupational therapists, employers, and other key stakeholders.
This project will work with BAME Occupational Therapists to coproduce a relevant research design that can then be submitted for funding,
