The VISION of the GLASS is to develop a single-on distributed solution that is open source, efficient and inclusive, transparent, cross-border functional, user- friendly, end-to-end encrypted combining state of the art ICT methodologies towards an advanced blend of blockchain technology, P2P network, encryption and IPFS to support public services for governments, citizens and businesses across the EU. GLASS can act as the backbone of a new generation e- governance practice where public authorities, businesses and citizens can be supervised by the community in an economic, social and societal manner towards the democratization of the public services.
