Biography	I have been a Technician in Sport, Exercise, and Health Science (SEHS) at ENU for since August 2016. In that time I have significantly contributed to the SEHS programme by developing learning materials, mentoring colleagues, and influencing various LTA processes. My role has extended beyond the stereotype of "Just a Technician", and I am a strong advocate for the justified recognition and awareness of technical staff. I take a lead role in the consultancy offerings of the SEHS department, regularly running and developing reports on Lactate Threshold and VO2Max testing as well as Environmental Acclimation sessions.
Research Interests	Environmental effects on performance . Environmental acclimation for performance in extreme conditions. Physiological factors affecting team sport performance.
