| Biography | I am a Lecturer in Commercial Law at the Business School of Edinburgh Napier University. In the past years, I have had the opportunity to teach and research in a number of academic institutions, located in Asia (National University of Singapore), the U.S. (Fordham University and University of Wisconsin) and the EU (LUISS University of Rome and European University Institute). |
| Research Interests | My research interests lie in the field of Competition and IP Laws, with specific attention to ICT industries impacted by technology standards. Both my monograph (Taylor and Francis 2016) and journal articles have addressed the legal tension arising from the intersection between standards and patents. |
