Carolann Begbie

Biography	Carolann joined ENU in November 2021 as Director of People and Services having worked in a variety of HR roles in Financial Services in Scotland (AEGON, Standard Life, Sainsburys Bank and Tesco Bank). She has experience of organisation transformation, culture change, and employee experience as well as a strong track record in Operational delivery, OD and Change Management. Carolann is responsible for HR, Student Employability, Student and Colleague wellbeing and inclusion and the School Support Service. Carolann graduated from the University of Edinburgh in Law, then from Strathclyde University with MSc in International Hospitality and Business Management and completed a postgraduate diploma in HR at Edinburgh Napier University.
