Dr Kelsy Hejjas
| Biography | Dr. Kelsy Hejjas is the Programme Manager of the MSc Global Hospitality Management and a Lecturer in Tourism Management. She currently teaches across a range of tourism, hospitality, and events undergraduate and masters degree programmes, and is supervising PhD students. Her research and interests lay at the intersection of human resource management and corporate social responsibility. Kelsy has conducted extensive qualitative, micro-level research examining leadership, communication, and employee engagement in internal CSR interventions. |
