Description nteractive webinar masterclass exploring CDAA's new Guidelines for the Use of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) for Career Practitioners. This webinar will be presented by Gillian Kelly and Leanne Watts, who were integral in developing the guidelines.

We are also excited to be joined by Marianne Wilson and Michael Larbalestier who developed the Career Development Institute's (UK) AI for Career Development Practitioners course, that prompted Gillian and Leanne to develop these guidelines.

This session will:

Break down the guidelines to help you understand and apply them
Engage with interactive elements to map out AI tools already in use and polls to gauge how confident practitioners feel about AI integration
Dive into practical applications of AI, featuring insights from our presenters, and career development practitioners worldwide

The course has run several times, with positive feedback, and learners have gone on to develop guidance on AI for national professional bodies.
