| Biography | Alasdair is a researcher specialising in sustainable urban development. Since joining ENU, he has been involved in several high profile research projects (including SURegen, CLUE, EXPGOV, Smart Accelerator, Online S3) and his research activities have culminated in the publication of numerous academic papers, books, book chapters, white papers, conference papers, consultancy reports and online literature. Alasdair is also a lecturer within the School of Computing, Engineering and the Built Environment, teaching primarily on the Real Estate programmes. Alasdair holds a first class honours degree in Real Estate Management (RICS accredited), a masters degree in City Planning and Regeneration (RTPI accredited) and a Pg Cert in Learning, Teaching and Assessment Practice in Higher Education. He is a Chartered Planning and Development Surveyor (MRICS) and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). |
