The Training Academy Director Elaine Ashworth has been working closely with her team to provide induction, professional sales and other training programmes which not only increase the return on sales but also boost staff retention rates. The Edinburgh Institute currently partner with Peter Vardy on their 4 month training programme which awards successful sales advisors with an Executive Certificate in Professional Selling.
