| Description | Initiated by the Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC) The Exchange Initiative is a city wide collaboration amongst a network of Edinburgh's leading academics. Business events and universities play a key role in sparking innovation, attracting investment, creating jobs, and developing new social and cultural initiatives. The aim of the Exchange Initiative is to bring international conferences to Edinburgh, create opportunities from business events and to share sector knowledge more widely. Taking inspiration from the Scottish Enlightenment, we intend to support further collaboration to intensify Scottish capital’s already impressive profile as an international centre of academic research and innovation – creating a stage for ideas that change the world. |
