Abstract
Audience development and communications are vital in modern-day festival management. Audience development is also about retaining interest from existing audiences and growing new audiences. This toolkit is an overview on how you can strengthen your audience relationships, through understanding the importance of collecting audience data, feedback, and recommendations. This toolkit examines industry trends on audience development, helping you decide what the best audience development strategies and communication methods are for your festival.
