Abstract
The fragmentation of medical data and the limitation of the current way for medical data visualisation were solved by: Firstly, integrating different types of media (Graphs, Imagery, Patient records, Text files, Spreadsheets etc.) in an Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Secondly, displaying the medical data in a single application to manage and share multimedia data. This paper provides a detailed study of the problem of having fragmented medical data, and the proposed solution which is having an EMR and a web application interface to assist health professionals in storing and visualising data which will aid efficient time management and focusing on patient care so gaining improved feedback.
