Abstract

A Report prepared on behalf of SmartPly, describing test results carried out at the heavy structures lab (A25), Edinburgh Napier University on a series of flooring systems with floorboards:
- OSB/3 12.5 mm
- FR OSB/3 15 mm
- FR OSB/3 18 mm
supplied by SmartPly Ltd, in March 2020. The client’s requirements were as follows: To determine the load carrying capacity (ultimate concentrated load) and the load-deformation characteristics of flooring systems as detailed above with 2 predefined spans using load plate (indentor) size of 50x50mm.
