Abstract
Skills for Scotland project was an £500,000 ERDF funded project set up in response to the skills shortage identified by the Scottish Government (2010-2015) to build workforce capacity.
It aimed to tap into the expertise of Scotland's universities and colleges to support employee upskilling and employability. This project report features case studies including:
