Abstract
This report describes tests carried out at heavy structures lab (A25), Edinburgh Napier University on a series of flooring systems using 30mm OSB boards supplied by SmartPly Ltd, in January 2019.
The client’s requirements were as follows:
To determine the load carrying capacity (ultimate concentrated load) and the load-deformation characteristics of flooring systems as detailed above with 3 predefined spans using load plate (indentor) size of 50x50mm.
