Abstract

From time to time, we like to invite the members of our Board of Editors to comment on a matter of current interest, either related to publishing or to research in library and information science. This time we took the theme of peer review, the focus of “The manuscript reviewing process,” by Lutz Bornmann and Hans-Dieter Daniel, published in this issue. We sent a preprint of the article to the Board, along with a series of questions, and a number of our Board colleagues were gracious enough to share their thoughts in response to a series of questions.
