Biography Hendrik Lattekamp is a Ph.D. research student at Edinburgh Napier University, where he is part of the Tourism Research Centre (TRC) within the Business School. Hendrik holds a Master of Business Administration with Distinction in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Edinburgh Napier University and a professional qualification in Service Management from the German Handelskammer. His research explores how different business models and regulatory environments influence the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainability reporting in the airline industry.

Hendrik’s research interests encompass a wide range of topics, including intercultural aspects of tourism, international youth exchange, airline operations and management, airline service management, and the corporate culture dynamics between administrative staff and aircrew.

With extensive professional experience in airline operations, service management, and intercultural tour operations, Hendrik brings a practical industry perspective to his academic work. He is passionate about fostering sustainability and innovation in tourism and aviation and is eager to collaborate with industry professionals, researchers, and academic colleagues to promote more sustainable practices across the sector.
