Research Association Conference (2003) Urban Tourism Mapping the future, Glasgow 24-27 September 2003.
Duties included: notifying delegates of the progress of their submissions and dealing with their queries, assisting with the co-ordination of and communicating with the organising and academic committee and the collection of all papers and their compilation in a CD-ROM. During the conference, I led and managed a group of student conference marshals and offered troubleshooting support and advice throughout the event.
