Abstract
This chapter provides information on the process of rehabilitation, aims and objectives, measurement tools and instruments, selecting patients, patients unlikely to benefit from rehabilitation, physiotherapy, walking aids, occupational therapy, occupational therapy assessments and interventions, doctors, nurses, and other members of the rehabilitation team, social work and care management, as well as community nurses and health visitors.
