Dr Tereza Emond Kunert T.Kunertova@napier.ac.uk
Lecturer
Using the example of the free movement of workers, the book focuses on the search for boundaries between national and European law and between the area of workers and non-economically active EU citizens, which has an impact on the subsequent application of harmonization regulations and subordination to the supervisory and interpretive activity of the Court of Justice. Even after almost ten years my original conclusions are still relevant.
